Our ice bath is the largest in it's respective class and is designed to fit anyone comfortably up to 2.15m tall or (6'7.5").

Our ice bath is engineered with 5 layers of insulation designed to keep water cool for up to a few days depending on your climate and storage practice.

Our bath comes with 2 drainage faucets to make emptying easy. Once empty you can simply hose down the bath or wipe down with some all purpose cleaner keeping it clean and well maintained.

Typically the aim is to have the water temperature sit below 15 degrees Celsius in order to generate its benefits.

In the warm Australian summer it may take 3-4 bags of ice to reach this level. But in other seasons and climates 1-2 bags be optimal.

You can fill it up with a garden hose from the top of the ice bath with the aim to fill it up 60-70% of the way full.
